The tattoo removal generation is coming! The laser treatment removes all tattoos without leaving any scars and in 3 to 6 sessions, depending on the type and colour of pigments used.
The treatment made by the picosecond technology can be applied to all types of tattoos, of different depths and colours, especially on inks that are usually difficult to treat such as blues and greens: multicoloured tattoos, black tattoos, recalcitrant tattoos.
THE COURSE OF A TATTOO REMOVAL SESSION
The session is not painful. For patients who fear possible pain, an anaesthetic cream can be applied a few minutes beforehand.
The duration of a session varies from a few minutes to 45 minutes, depending on the area to be treated and the size of the tattoo. The doctor passes the laser over the tattoo in order to pulverise the tattoo ink into micro-particles.
The side effects are totally reduced. Unlike nanosecond lasers, there are no superficial scabs after the session.
The number of sessions varies between 3 and 6 sessions spaced about 4 weeks apart, depending on the tattoo and the area to be treated.
